The 2012 Watervale Riesling has a powerful, concentrated aromatic intensity showing lemon, lime and spring flowers on the nose. The palate is incredibly long, ultra dry but with a mouth filling, complex generosity of flavor. Wonderful with shellfish, the acidity of the wine also pairs well with oily fish such as salmon. This wine has the line and length to age for a decade or more.
