Exchanges
Please contact us at chat@mywinehunter.com within seventy-two hours of delivery to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products. MyWinehunter requires a picture of the damaged good and the packaging it came in.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund and it is approved, we will automatically issue you a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
