This is an excellent example of an Australian Semillon. The wine has a subtle spicy nose with hints of citrus. In the mouth it's delicate but mouthfilling with extra weight and the citrus fruit flavors are long and sustained. It's just starting to develop some butter and straw characters typical of high quality aged Semillon.
Food Recommendation
Can stand up to creamy chicken dishes, seafood, or Asian cuisine. The Aussies love it with fresh oysters.
